We'd love to host your survey! If you have some surveys, you can use our form to send them for the website. They can be of any age but it's important that they are of the best quality possible.
Complex surveys can be made available on DeepZoom but you will need to have a very high resolution for this (see the guidelines below).

File Requirements
Standard survey submission
You can send most types of formats and sizes however, where possible please try to stick to these guidelines.
- 150 - 300 DPI
- PNG (preferred), TIFF or JPG format
- PDF is also accepted but please avoid any compression or downsampling.
- Around 2000 pixels wide
- No or low JPEG compression
Submission for DeepZoom
To ensure high‑quality DeepZoom tiles, please submit survey files in one of the formats below, listed in order of preference.
TIFF (Preferred)
- 600–1200 DPI
- Lossless compression (LZW, ZIP, or CCITT G4 for B/W)
- Single page per file
- No JPEG compression
- Vector content preferred
- Raster images must be at least 300 DPI (600+ recommended)
- No downsampling or “smallest file size” export settings
- Lossless image compression only
SVG
- Vector-only surveys
- Fonts embedded
- No embedded JPEGs
PNG
- Minimum 600 DPI
- Lossless only
- Single page per file
Not Accepted
- Low‑resolution scans or exports below 300 DPI
- JPEGs (unless extremely high resolution)
- Photos or screenshots of surveys
- Optimised or downsampled PDFs
Please ensure all submissions are clear at high zoom levels and free from compression artefacts. High‑quality source files produce significantly better DeepZoom results.
